Today, about 320 people work at the Community Building Administration, and we act on behalf of the technical committee, the environmental and building permit committee, and the municipal executive administration. The technical department's important mission includes both management and technical support in an expanding municipality. Together, we create the future Järfälla – a place for everyone.

The technical department is a new department that is part of the community building administration, which is less than a year old. Therefore, we are in the midst of change and are looking for the best solutions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a plumber, you will participate in both larger and smaller projects involving water and sewage, streets, and other infrastructure. You will primarily work with new installations and relocations. Additionally, you will carry out renovations and reinvestments of the pipeline network and expand it.

Together with your manager, team leader, and colleagues, you will assess which materials and methods are best suited for upcoming work. Furthermore, you will participate in the planning of the unit's projects and report back after the project is completed. You will also be part of the preparedness for winter road maintenance.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with knowledge/experience in VA. As a person, you are technically inclined, structured, meticulous, social, and responsible with the ability to work in a team. A B driver's license is required for the position. It is an advantage if you have BE and C qualifications, as well as if you are a certified plumber.
